Why do you rebalance a portfolio?

Rebalancing can reduce your portfolio's risk over time and ensure that the investment mix of your portfolio remains closer to its target allocation. This is the main reason we rebalance your portfolio. We adopt various rebalancing approaches to minimise the portfolio drift.

Please note that rebalancing will not always increase portfolio returns over all periods.
